We take great care to ship your sunglasses to you in perfect condition. You order will be shipped in protective wrap and inside of durable boxes. In the unlikely event that the sunglasses are damaged during shipment, it is very important that you follow these exact steps. NOTE: We may not be able to process your claim with the shipping company if these steps are not followed. Failure to follow these steps could result in the forfeiture of your damage claims. 1. Save all packaging
materials and the merchandise in the same condition in which
it arrived. Try not to handle the package and its
product after you discover it has been damaged in shipment.
The entire package including its contents will most
likely be picked up by the shipper and taken to their office
