All orders will generally be shipped within three business days
of receiving your order. In some instances, we will need to ship
your order from one of our two warehouses which could add several
days to the process. In either case, your shipment will typically
be Priority Mail and will be insured.
All orders paid for by credit card will normally be shipped to the
billing address of the card. This is for protection against fraud
on your credit card. Any requests for shipment to an address other
than the billing address must be approved by our management. The

CLAIMS ATTRIBUTED TO SHIPMENT
We take great care to ship your sunglasses to you in perfect condition.
You order will be shipped in protective wrap and inside of durable
boxes. In the unlikely event that the sunglasses are damaged during
shipment, it is very important that you follow these exact steps.
NOTE: We may not be able to process your claim with the shipping
company if these steps are not followed. Failure to follow these
steps could result in the forfeiture of your damage claims.
1. Save all packaging materials and the merchandise in the same
condition in which it arrived. Try not to handle the package and
its product after you discover it has been damaged in shipment.
The entire package including its contents will most likely
be picked up by the shipper and taken to their office for inspection.
2. Notify us (PolarShades) immediately in writing via fax (715-423-3330).
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment or
your claim will be denied. Include your name, date of order, and
the tracking and insurance numbers from the package received.
We will notify you of the next course of action to be taken. You
can be assured that we will make every reasonable effort to protect
your sunglasses during shipment.
