information. This method is very secure. It is important to include with your order the billing address of your credit

All orders paid for by credit card will normally be shipped to the billing address of the card. This is for
protection against fraud on your credit card. Any requests for shipment to an address other than the billing address

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally by United States International Express mail or by UPS ground to Canada.
For safety and efficiency we would recommend all international orders be paid via PayPal. If you have any
questions, please contact us to determine if we can ship to your country and for the associated cost.
CLAIMS ATTRIBUTED TO SHIPMENT
We take great care to ship your sunglasses to you in perfect condition. You order will be shipped in
protective wrap and inside of durable boxes. In the unlikely event that the sunglasses are damaged during shipment,
it is very important that you follow these exact steps. NOTE: We may not be able to process your claim with the shipping
company if these steps are not followed. Failure to follow these steps could result in the forfeiture of your damage claims.
1. Save all packaging materials and the merchandise in the same condition in which it arrived. Try not to handle the package
and it's product after you discover it has been damaged in shipment. The entire package including it's contents will most
likely be picked up by the shipper and taken to their office for inspection.
2. Notify us (PolarShades) immediately in writing via fax (715-423-3330). You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving
the shipment or your claim will be denied. Include your name, date of order, and the tracking and insurance numbers from
the package received.
We will notify you of the next course of action to be taken. You can be assured that we will make every reasonable
effort to protect your sunglasses during shipment.
