Returns - We are confident that you will be satisfied with your new name brand sunglasses. However, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, with your sunglasses, simply return them to PolarShades within 15 days of receiving them for a refund* less shipping costs and an administrative fee of 20% of the original sunglass cost. Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses we cannot accept their return, nor are they replaceable. If new prescription lenses are required on a frame exchange they will be discounted 50%. Please direct all Maui Jim sunglass repairs directly to Maui Jim (1-888-Maui Jim). Exchanges - You may also exchange a pair of sunglasses for a pair of equal or greater value within the first 30 days of receiving them*. If you wish to exchange an item, you have 30 days to return it to PolarShades. If the exchange is for a new pair with a different value, the difference will be charged to you. There will not be an administrative fee assessed for exchanges. You must pay all shipping charges for the exchange. For both returns and exchanges, it is essential that you send the product back with its original packaging. The wrapping, case, any manuals and blank warranty cards must be included.
