Guarantee – We make every effort to offer you the very best prices. We guarantee complete accuracy on all prescription lenses or they will be replaced at no charge.

Returns – We are confident that you will be satisfied with your new name brand sunglasses. However, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, with your sunglasses, simply return them to Polarshades within 15 days of receiving them for a refund less shipping costs and an administrative fee of 20% of the original sunglass cost. Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses we cannot accept their return, nor are they replaceable. If new prescription lenses are required on a frame exchange they will be discounted 50%.

Exchanges – You may exchange a pair of sunglasses within the first 30 days of receiving them. If the exchange is of a different value, the difference will be charged or credited to you. There will not be an administrative fee assessed for any exchanges. You must pay all shipping charges for the exchange.

For both returns and exchanges – It is essential that you send the product back with its original packaging. The wrapping, case, any manuals and blank warranty cards must be included. Sunglasses can not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original selling condition. You are responsible for any damage done during shipment back to Polarshades. Shipping charges for returns to Polarshades are your responsibility.
